The Moulin de Fabregon in Trans-en-Provence is a 16th-century mill that has been authentically restored, preserving its original character while incorporating modern comforts. The property features a 4700 m² garden adorned with mature trees and flowers along the river, offering a serene environment. Inside, the mill includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional amenities encompass a 10 x 5 -meter swimming pool, a pool house with a shower, multiple terraces, a summer lounge, and parking for up to five cars. The property is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the Provencal village centre and a 10-minute drive from Draguignan.

Things to note

Pool Security: the pool area is not gated, but there is an alarm fitted, guests are responsible for arming the alarm when the pool is not being used, extra care is needed with younger children.
The mill has stairs between levels and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

In the beautiful garden we find the small park with some trees, palms, a pond and even a river at the bottom! You can often see ducks and other aquatic birds wandering about. There is an outdoor kitchen with shaded terrace for meals, a gas plancha, and a swimming pool with shower. For those who prioritise relaxation above all else, there are several terraces equipped with various sun-loungers and chairs.

The 10 x 5m pool is open from mid May to the end of September. It is surrounded by the garden and is completely private. It can be heated* but in the summer months the water can reach up to 30°. There are several parasols and sun-loungers on which to while away the afternoons with a cocktail (or a glass of juice) in hand.

Bedrooms

The Moulin de Fabregon has been entirely renovated, each room you’ll find decorated to taste with a pinch of eclecticism on top.

The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, sharing a large bathroom but there is a separate WC and an additional outdoor private shower.

The second level is the heart of the house with its stone vaulted ceiling that creates a living space including a sitting area with sofa and chairs, the kitchen and dining table. This floor also has a large master bedroom, a bathroom and, a room with a bunkbed.There is a separate WC in the hallway.

Water – The tap water is safe to drink.
Cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils (and the all important corkscrew!) can be found in the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

TVs have access to around 200 channels, you can also stream to them from your mobile devices if you want to finish that Netflix series.

Top floor

The Master bedroom has TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a private terrace which is drenched in sun in the mornings, the perfect way to prepare for the day ahead. Heating and cooling is provided by reversible air-conditioning.

The small bedroom has a TV, and USB charging facilities.

The main bathroom is shared between both bedrooms, there is a separate toilet and a second exterior shower for the adventurous!

Main floor

The main floor Master (bedroom 3) has a double bed, wardrobes and a private terrace. Heating and cooling is provided by reversible airconditioning

The Bedroom 4 has a bunkbed and a couple of orangutans (they promise not to snore!), there are storage units and a nightlight in the top drawer for the little ones that may be scared of the dark.

Garden Cottage – Bedroom 5

This bedroom is a perfect place to hide away and enjoy being surrounded by nature. There is a double bed, wardrobe, and a small table and chairs. There are no bathroom facilities but there is a toilet and a shower near the pool, which is only a few meters away.
